Job Requirements
- Four-year college degree in business or marketing and three years in a managerial position
- or two-year college degree and three or more years of related experience
- or five years progressive managerial experience with strong business and marketing background
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies to meet long-term goals
- prepare yearly marketing budget
- develop and implement direct mail and telemarketing programs
- control costs of in-house promotions including room amenities
- collaborate with casino and hotel staff to ensure five-star guest service
- manage departmental expenses to meet company objectives
- develop and review employees regularly
- write and present major casino marketing summaries including business plans
- maintain a warm and friendly demeanor
- communicate effectively with employees and guests
- listen and address concerns
- multitask and prioritize departmental functions
- attend required meetings and trainings
- participate in manager on duty coverage
- maintain high standards of personal appearance
- comply with hotel standards and regulations
- maximize productivity and problem-solving
- maintain confidentiality
- perform other management duties as assigned
