Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or brand marketing
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and guest experience principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation software
  • Flexibility to work on-site with occasional after-hours or weekend commitments
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Demonstrated experience working with influencers and media content producers

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 plus years of hospitality, brand marketing, communications, or public relations experience
  • Strong storytelling instincts and ability to identify compelling content
  • Proven project management experience in a cross-functional environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments
  • Experience supporting or hosting content creators, media, or influencers
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Experience in premium, luxury, lifestyle, or independent hospitality environments preferred
  • Comfortable producing light content such as short videos and photos using a mobile device

Job Duties

  • Maintain and elevate the hotel's brand identity across all guest and operational touchpoints
  • Collaborate with food and beverage, spa, rooms, events, and sales teams for brand-aligned storytelling and experience delivery
  • Partner with the revenue team to monitor booking trends and design activations to increase leisure room nights and ancillary spend
  • Capture on-property photography and short-form video content to support marketing needs
  • Deploy marketing assets accurately, including emails, social content, menus, signage, and event promotions
  • Serve as project manager for all on-property marketing initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance brand presence and guest engagement
