Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, hospitality or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality or brand marketing
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of branding, marketing strategies, and guest experience principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation software
- Flexibility to work on-site with occasional after-hours or weekend commitments
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated experience working with influencers and media content producers
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 plus years of hospitality, brand marketing, communications, or public relations experience
- Strong storytelling instincts and ability to identify compelling content
- Proven project management experience in a cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments
- Experience supporting or hosting content creators, media, or influencers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Experience in premium, luxury, lifestyle, or independent hospitality environments preferred
- Comfortable producing light content such as short videos and photos using a mobile device
Job Duties
- Maintain and elevate the hotel's brand identity across all guest and operational touchpoints
- Collaborate with food and beverage, spa, rooms, events, and sales teams for brand-aligned storytelling and experience delivery
- Partner with the revenue team to monitor booking trends and design activations to increase leisure room nights and ancillary spend
- Capture on-property photography and short-form video content to support marketing needs
- Deploy marketing assets accurately, including emails, social content, menus, signage, and event promotions
- Serve as project manager for all on-property marketing initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables
- Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and community organizations to enhance brand presence and guest engagement
