Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • CRM system proficiency
  • prior leadership experience
  • ability to work weekends
  • excellent organizational and verbal communication skills
  • ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform moderate physical activities
  • adhere to safety protocols including ladder use
  • ability to collaborate effectively with multiple departments

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, recreation, marketing, event planning, or related field or equivalent experience
  • licensed Community Manager Association (LCAM) preferred
  • 3 to 5 years experience in lifestyle programming, membership sales and services, or event management in club, HOA, or resort-style community
  • CRM system experience
  • prior leadership or supervisory experience in customer-focused environment

Job Duties

  • Work with existing residents to assist in the establishment of strong community relations
  • provide the prospective members, current membership and their guests with friendly, diplomatic, professional and knowledgeable service
  • plans and coordinates marketing and membership relations programs to promote the Club's services and facilities
  • maintains a database of prospective members with full insight into lead status
  • actively seek out new business clientele and member prospects and generate leads
  • present prospective members the facility and pursue potential membership opportunities
  • solicit and acquire new members while maintaining integrity of existing membership to meet budget
  • complete processing of member applications, profiles and accounts
  • update personnel on new members, resignations and special needs
  • coordinate member correspondence with marketing department assistance
  • work closely with General Manager, Food & Beverage Director, Executive Chef, Director of Golf, and other personnel on membership and lifestyle events
  • be knowledgeable of membership services, fees, billing, guest policies and rules
  • plan, coordinate and implement resident programs, classes, and community events
  • assist residents and organizations with scheduling facilities and programs
  • coordinate the development and publication of community newsletters and lifestyle publications
  • operate within Hampton Golf guidelines and policies
  • purchase and maintain supplies within budget
  • protect assets of the Club
  • perform other assigned duties
