Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more experience in activities coordination or event planning
- Ability to communicate in English
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull without extended sitting
- Ability to lift or carry up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to engage in varied life enrichment activities
- Preferred bachelor’s degree
- Preferred Certified Activities Director training

- One year or more experience as activities director or event coordinator
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Enhance resident experience through the FACETS® program
- Develop and implement a diverse calendar of life enrichment activities
- Promote resident engagement across socialization, health, lifelong learning, legacy, and spirituality
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff regarding programming
- Participate in event planning and execution with a wellness-centered focus
- Foster a friendly, courteous, and professional environment
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to align programs with community standards
