Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two to four years of experience in food and beverage industry
- flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening or overnight shifts if necessary
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
- ability to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- willingness to embody company leadership behaviors
Job Qualifications
- two to four years’ previous experience in food and beverage management
- excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- proficiency in Microsoft programs
- ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
- strong organizational and detail orientation
- leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- multilingual abilities preferred
Job Duties
- oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations including the mini bar and amenity programs
- provide leadership and mentorship to in-room dining team members
- ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met
- manage scheduling, budgeting, and operational efficiency of the department
- collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience
- maintain inventory control and cost management of food and beverage items
- develop and implement innovative service initiatives to elevate in-room dining offerings
