Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • two to four years of experience in food and beverage industry
  • flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, overtime, and evening or overnight shifts if necessary
  • excellent communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • ability to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • willingness to embody company leadership behaviors

Job Qualifications

  • two to four years’ previous experience in food and beverage management
  • excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently
  • strong organizational and detail orientation
  • leadership experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
  • multilingual abilities preferred

Job Duties

  • oversee all aspects of in-room dining operations including the mini bar and amenity programs
  • provide leadership and mentorship to in-room dining team members
  • ensure the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction are consistently met
  • manage scheduling, budgeting, and operational efficiency of the department
  • collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience
  • maintain inventory control and cost management of food and beverage items
  • develop and implement innovative service initiatives to elevate in-room dining offerings
