- proven experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development
- experience utilizing HR technology and systems

Job Duties
- Execute and follow-up on engagement survey activities
- champion and build talent management in support of diversity strategy
- translate business priorities into human resources strategies and plans
- implement and sustain HR initiatives at the property
- coordinate human capital review and lead succession planning
- lead assessment of leadership pipeline and assist with follow-up
- create value through proactive performance and cost control approaches
- monitor effective use of HR systems by managers and employees
- lead and participate in succession management and workforce planning
- serve as key change manager for initiatives with high employee impact
- attend owners meetings as an executive committee member providing human resources insights
- supervise on-property HR and market-based HR specialists
- analyze open positions balancing talent development and business needs
- coach and facilitate selection and interviewing process
- surface opportunities in work processes and staffing optimization
- make staffing decisions managing talent pipeline
- develop staffing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
- monitor sourcing process and staffing outcomes
- ensure management competency in assessing hourly staff
- remain knowledgeable about compensation and competitive work environments
- lead planning of hourly employee total compensation strategy
- champion communication and use of total compensation systems
- participate in internal equity analysis
- create and implement total compensation packages and recognition programs
- ensure completion of duties by HR staff
- ensure HR staff training to respond to employee-related inquiries
- serve as resource on employee relations
- reinforce positive employee relations concepts
