- 5+ years experience in a HR leadership position
- 10+ years experience in a unionized labor environment

Job Duties

- Direct associate relations programs including recognition and social activities
- Develop strategies to encourage team member performance and engagement
- Handle workers’ compensation and legal matters related to employees
- Facilitate career development and learning initiatives
