Job Requirements
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
- 4 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major

Job Qualifications
- 2-year degree from accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 4 years human resources or management operations experience
- or 4-year bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years human resources or management operations experience
- proven experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning
- demonstrated ability to lead and coach HR professionals
- strong understanding of human capital review and succession planning
- knowledge of compensation strategy and employee engagement practices
- excellent communication and change management skills
- ability to analyze HR data and develop strategic insights
- proficiency with HR technologies such as myHR
Job Duties
- Executes and follows up on engagement survey related activities
- champions and builds the talent management ranks in support of property and region diversity strategy
- translates business priorities into property Human Resources strategies, plans and actions
- implements and sustains Human Resources initiatives at the property
- coordinates the human capital review process at property and leads succession planning activities
- leads the assessment of property leadership pipeline and assists with follow up
- creates value through proactive approaches that affect performance outcomes or control costs
- monitors effective use of myHR by property managers and employees
- leads and participates in succession management and workforce planning
- serves as key change manager for high employee impact initiatives
- attends owners meetings as a member of the property executive committee providing context to Human Resources results
- supervises on-property Human Resources staff
- analyzes open positions to balance talent development and business needs
- coaches and facilitates selection and interviewing processes
- surfaces opportunities in work processes and staffing optimization
- makes staffing decisions managing talent pipeline
- develops staffing strategies in collaboration with hiring managers
- monitors staffing process outcomes
- ensures managers' competence in assessing and evaluating hourly staff
- remains current on internal and external compensation environments
- leads planning of hourly employee compensation strategy
- champions communication and use of total compensation systems
- participates in quarterly internal equity analysis and surfaces resolution issues
- creates and implements total compensation packages and incentive programs
- ensures completion of HR staff duties and responsibilities
- ensures HR staff is trained to respond appropriately to employee-related inquiries
- serves as resource on employee relations
- continually reinforces positive employee relations concepts
