Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- 10 plus years of total HR experience including responsibility for talent acquisition, associate relations, training and development, benefits administration
- 5 years or more of proven HR leadership experience preferably in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting
- strong interpersonal skills
- budget management experience highly preferred
- familiarity with PeopleSoft HRIS and/or Taleo Enterprise ATS
- past Hilton brand experience ideal but not required
- previous experience in union settings beneficial

Job Duties
- Oversee all areas of human resources administration including associate relations, recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, leave of absence, workers compensation, policy compliance, union relations, culture building, and community involvement
- lead labor relationships with one union including contract negotiations, compliance, training, and grievances
- provide guidance on associate relations issues such as investigations, coaching, counseling, and policy enforcement
- recommend, evaluate, and support brand training and development programs, staying current with industry trends
- facilitate annual goal setting, performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus payouts for eligible associates
- develop annual budgets for salaried labor and HR operating expenses and ensure correct monthly forecasting
- act as a member of the Executive Committee and collaborate closely with operational peers
- serve as a strategic partner developing high potential leaders and advocating for their progression
- champion associate recognition and service excellence programs
- ensure communication and compliance with policies and legal employment standards
- provide HR generalist oversight related to compensation, benefits, leave, workers compensation, safety, and security compliance
