Job Requirements

  • 7 years progressive Human Resources Director or above experience
  • College degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality industry
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state HR laws
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
  • Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Workday knowledge preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Proven track record as a hotel or resort Human Resources Director
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • College degree or equivalent education and experience preferably in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Travel and Tourism Management
  • Experience within the resort, hotel, or hospitality industry
  • Thorough knowledge of federal and state HR laws
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Commitment to a positive and organized work environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Workday preferred
