Job Requirements
- 7 years progressive Human Resources Director or above experience
- College degree or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Thorough knowledge of federal and state HR laws
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Commitment to maintaining a positive work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Workday knowledge preferred
Job Qualifications
- Proven track record as a hotel or resort Human Resources Director
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience
- College degree or equivalent education and experience preferably in Human Resources, Hospitality, or Travel and Tourism Management
- Experience within the resort, hotel, or hospitality industry
- Thorough knowledge of federal and state HR laws
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Commitment to a positive and organized work environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Workday preferred
