Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
- OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major
- 1 year experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area
- Strong understanding of human resource laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidential documentation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Management experience
Job Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of human resource laws and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coach and develop management staff
- Experience with performance appraisal and disciplinary processes
Job Duties
- Direct and collaborate with human resource employees on recruitment, total compensation, employee relations and training and development
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as standard operating procedures
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance in disciplinary actions and human resource audits
- Communicate changes to benefit plans and property rules via employee handbook
- Coach managers on progressive discipline process
- Participate in interviewing and hiring of human resources team members
- Manage performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation
