Job Requirements
- Minimum five years experience in full-service hotel operations in a director or senior leadership role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with PMS and POS systems such as Infor and Silverware preferred
- Ability to work minimum 50 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Passion for hospitality and community engagement
- Willingness to work collaboratively across departments
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
Job Qualifications
- Passion for hospitality and servant leadership
- Minimum of five years experience in hotel operations at director or senior leadership level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with PMS and POS systems, preferably Infor and Silverware
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams

Job Duties
- Uphold and model the companys principles of People, Place and Character
- Active participant in interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching and motivating hotel associates
- Collaborate with local businesses, community partners and influencers
- Demonstrate passion and aptitude for guest experience and handle guest interactions professionally
- Lead daily briefings, weekly leadership meetings and monthly staff meetings with operations team
- Assign tasks to associates and inspect their accomplishments
- Monitor physical conditions of hotel facilities and work with vendors for maintenance
- Lead safety, security and well-being initiatives for guests and associates
- Utilize operational metrics, KPIs and P&Ls to provide coaching and corrective actions
- Participate in Executive Committee meetings to provide strategic insights
- Work with outside contractors to ensure quality and timely work
- Champion divisional and hotel-wide initiatives and programs
- Communicate regularly with General Manager to align priorities and resources
