Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hotel operations
- strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- proficiency with computers and reservation/property management systems (PMS experience a plus)
- ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- some locations may require a drivers license and insurability to operate company vehicles
- bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties
- Direct and manage activities of front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and engineering departments
- adhere to budgetary goals by maximizing revenue and controlling costs
- lead and role model expected behaviors to staff
- ensure proper staffing levels within assigned departments
- implement and enforce brand and company training, safety, and regulatory compliance
- monitor guest satisfaction and handle follow-up on guest concerns
- maintain property standards and ensure proper inspections and maintenance of facilities
