Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in hotel operations
  • strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency with computers and reservation/property management systems (PMS experience a plus)
  • ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • some locations may require a drivers license and insurability to operate company vehicles
  • bilingual skills are a plus

Job Duties

  • Direct and manage activities of front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and engineering departments
  • adhere to budgetary goals by maximizing revenue and controlling costs
  • lead and role model expected behaviors to staff
  • ensure proper staffing levels within assigned departments
  • implement and enforce brand and company training, safety, and regulatory compliance
  • monitor guest satisfaction and handle follow-up on guest concerns
  • maintain property standards and ensure proper inspections and maintenance of facilities
