Job Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience at a senior level
- Experience with both back and front of house operations
- Experience in independent restaurants, catering, banquets and general hotel responsibilities
- Hotel management experience preferred
- Must be detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Strong professional presence
- Ability to interact effectively with all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills

Job Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience at a senior level with back of the house and front of the house operations, ideally with independent restaurant experience, as well as catering, banquets and general hotel responsibilities
- Hotel management experience is preferred
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant, hotel, and event operations at the hotel to ensure excellence in guest service, hospitality, and food quality
- Drive financial performance of the restaurant by maximizing revenues and controlling COGS, labor, and expenses inclusive of monthly inventory
- Provide a positive work environment for staff members by giving them the tools they need to be successful with open, honest, and direct communication
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety and perform needed repairs and maintenance promptly
- Provide effective leadership for management and culinary teams by being engaged in daily operations, providing direction and support to achieve goals
- Ensuring all brand and department specific training requirements are met, and training is documented and retained
- Monitors Food and Beverage service at the hotel and makes recommendations based on service score/customer feedback programs
