Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • minimum 5 years of experience as Director or above in Hotel Management or related areas
  • hospitality management experience at a casino property preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and analytical skills
  • minimum 10 years progressive leadership experience
  • ability to understand sales, engineering, housekeeping, laundry, and front office operations
  • ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
  • ability to present information effectively
  • ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
  • ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions
  • ability to perform physical demands of the job
  • willingness to work in moderate to loud, smoke-filled environment

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration or relevant field
  • minimum 5 years' experience as Director or above in Hotel Management or related field
  • hospitality management experience in casino property preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong organizational and analytical skills
  • at least 10 years of progressive leadership experience
  • familiarity with AAA Four Diamond properties preferred
  • ability to understand sales, engineering, housekeeping, laundry and front office operations
  • ability to read and interpret complex documents
  • ability to present information effectively to management and public
  • proficient in mathematical concepts
  • strong reasoning and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Interact effectively with the public and team members
  • perform excellent customer service at all times
  • create, develop and implement strategy for Hospitality division
  • coordinate with management to set objectives
  • generate projected revenue levels and guest satisfaction
  • establish operational unity across departments
  • maintain standards for personnel administration and guest service
  • allocate funds and assist in budget planning
  • guide department heads in operational, staffing and financial matters
  • analyze daily operations and provide feedback
  • support marketing and selling strategies
  • organize and preside over Hospitality management meetings
  • prepare financial forecasts and monitor budgets
  • ensure accuracy of divisional records and reports
  • maintain consistent attendance
  • assist management during events
  • perform reasonable requests by management
  • supervise Hotel, Retail, and Salon and Spa management staff
