Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum three years of hospitality sales and marketing leadership experience preferred
- Minimum three years of cross-functional hotel management or related industry experience preferred
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three or more years in hospitality sales and marketing leadership preferred
- Three years cross-functional experience in hotel management or related industry preferred
- Additional degree coursework in business administration, marketing, and communications preferred
- Ability to speak multiple languages preferred
- Experience with multiple hotel brands preferred
- Proficiency in Delphi FDC preferred
Job Duties
- Lead daily and weekly business review and sales strategy meetings
- Manage and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual APEX performance process with eligible sales team members
- Contribute to the commercial strategy plan pertaining to banquet and group sales in collaboration with DOSM
- Develop and oversee hotel’s sales site visit strategies and approach
- Recruit and retain all group sales roles
- Lead, engage, and develop sales team members including performance and career development plans
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback for direct and dotted line reports
