Job Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive group sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners
- Identify new business opportunities and drive proactive sales efforts to expand our customer base
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of group bookings and events
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for growth and innovation
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management
- Stay updated on industry best practices and participate in professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge
