Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years progressive sales experience in luxury hospitality
- strong knowledge of group, incentive, and buyout markets
- proven success meeting sales targets
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to analyze market data and forecast sales
- experience with Hyatt systems preferred
- passion for wellness and luxury hospitality
Job Qualifications

- experience with Hyatt systems (Delphi.fdc, Envision, Opera, HyattNet) preferred
- passion for wellness, lifestyle hospitality, and luxury service standards
Job Duties
- support the director of sales and marketing in developing and executing group sales strategies
- proactively solicit and secure group and hotel buyout business through direct sales efforts and industry events
- analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- manage key accounts focused on group, incentive, and buyout business while maintaining engagement and relationships
- cultivate new business opportunities in corporate meetings, incentives, and hotel buyouts
- partner with luxury travel networks including Hyatt Sales Force, Hyatt Prive, and Virtuoso to maximize exposure
- collaborate with revenue, marketing, events, and operations teams to align group mix and buyout execution
- participate in weekly revenue strategy meetings to optimize pricing and pacing
- mentor and develop sales managers and coordinators
- represent the resort at trade shows, sales missions, and community partnerships to attract group and buyout business
- host site inspections, familiarization trips, and client experiences to showcase resort offerings
- act as an ambassador for the Alila brand upholding values of sustainable luxury and personalized hospitality
