Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- four to six years related experience and/or training
- Class A member of PGA/LPGA
- ability to read and speak English
- experience managing golf operations
- familiarity with Microsoft Office and POS systems
- proactive problem-solving skills
- reliable attendance
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- experience with computerized POS and tee time systems
- knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- membership with PGA and CMAA
- strong leadership and management skills

Job Duties
- Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses for operations departments
- provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information as directed by Troon Golf management
- monitors monthly and other financial reports and takes corrective action when necessary
- develops, maintains and administers sound organizational plans and initiates improvements
- maintains membership with the PGA and CMAA and attends workshops and meetings to stay updated
- oversees the care and maintenance of all physical assets
- coordinates marketing programs to promote services
- ensures the highest standards of food and beverage quality
- implements policies and procedures for Golf, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance Departments
- responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, rewarding, and disciplining staff
- manages department members including Head Professional, Tournament Coordinator, Director of Instruction, Golf Services Manager, Superintendent, and Food and Beverage Manager
- assures effective orientation and ongoing training for new and existing associates
- maintains regular and reliable attendance
