Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
- Class A membership of PGA or LPGA
- Four to six years of related experience preferably in multi-course facilities
- Ability to read and speak English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with computerized POS and tee time system
- Regular and reliable attendance

Job Duties
- Develops, implements, and monitors annual budget, revenue goals and expenses for operations departments
- Provides timely and accurate reporting of all financial and non-financial information
- Monitors monthly and other financial reports/statements and takes corrective action when necessary
- Develops and administers organizational plans and initiates improvements
- Maintains membership with the PGA and CMAA and attends professional workshops
- Oversees care and maintenance of all physical assets
- Coordinates marketing programs to promote facility services
- Ensures highest standards of food and beverage service
- Implements policies and procedures for Golf, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance Departments
- Manages interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining associates
- Oversees department managers including Head Professional, Tournament Coordinator, Director of Instruction, Golf Services Manager, Superintendent, and Food and Beverage Manager
- Assures effective orientation and ongoing training
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
