Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • six years of experience in guest services or front desk or related professional area
  • or two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • four years of experience in guest services or front desk or related professional area
  • ability to lead and manage teams
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work full time
  • experience with FSPMS preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with six years of experience in guest services or related area
  • or two-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with four years of experience
  • experience with FSPMS preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • knowledge of budget management and controlling expenses
  • proficiency in guest service operations

Job Duties

  • Lead front desk, guest services, and security teams
  • manage day-to-day department operations
  • supervise bell staff, valets, concierge, and retail staff
  • ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues
  • manage staffing levels and employee performance
  • coordinate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
