Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in hospitality, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years relevant professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
- Experience with guest complaint resolution
- Knowledge of security team management
- Availability for full-time, on-site work
- Willingness to relocate if necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 6 years experience in guest services or related area
- Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 4 years relevant experience
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operations

- Experience in budget management and financial performance
- Knowledge of hotel front office and security operations

Job Duties
- Lead front desk, guest services, and security teams
- Manage day-to-day front office operations
- Supervise bell staff, switchboard, concierge, valets, retail, and security personnel
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues
- Manage department budgets and controllable expenses
- Ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures
- Conduct staff meetings and communicate department goals
- Oversee security operations and ensure a safe environment
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction
- Administer human resource activities including hiring, discipline, and performance appraisals
- Review guest satisfaction data and implement improvements
