Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of similar work experience in luxury hotel operations
  • Ability to train and mentor team members effectively
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to work in a 24-hour operational environment
  • Experience in a quality luxury hotel brand
  • Commitment to sustainability and guest service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury hotel front office management
  • Strong leadership skills with proven team and guest engagement
  • Advanced knowledge of hotel operations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in a 24-hour hotel operation
  • Prior experience with a quality luxury hotel brand
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus

Job Duties

  • Train, supervise and mentor new hires
  • Lead guest engagement and ensure exceptional service standards
  • Oversee daily front office operations
  • Manage and optimize financial performance of the front office department
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Maintain flexibility to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
