Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • six years experience in guest services or front desk
  • OR two-year degree in hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
  • four years experience in guest services or front desk
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • leadership and management experience
  • ability to handle guest complaints
  • knowledge of budgeting and expense control
  • ability to work full time in Dallas, Texas
  • management experience
  • ability to supervise security and front office teams

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 6 years of experience in guest services or front desk roles
  • OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of experience in guest services or front desk
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • proven ability to manage budgets and meet performance goals
  • experience in supervising and training staff
  • customer service excellence
  • knowledge of front office operations and security management

Job Duties

  • Lead front office, guest services, and security teams effectively
  • manage day-to-day front office operations ensuring quality standards
  • supervise and coordinate bell staff, valet, concierge, retail, and security activities
  • handle guest complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • manage budgets and control departmental expenses
  • ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures
  • conduct hiring, training, coaching, and performance appraisals of front office staff
