Job Requirements
- Minimum of seven years management experience in multi-unit or zoo, museum or theme park retail and food service operations
- Experience working with represented labor preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management preferred
- Training and certification in safe food handling preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead highly effective teams in a diverse environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Knowledge of gift shop and merchandise operations
- Ability to develop and administer complex budgets and forecasting
- Proficiency in operating moderately complex computer software programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide vision, long-term planning, and strategic operational direction to food and retail operations
- Exercise fiscal accountability and responsibility for the retail operations department
- Collaborate across the organization to ensure a holistic guest experience
- Engage with guest services and entertainment teams to create unique guest experiences
- Elevate and support the guest and member journey through innovative menu creation and offerings
- Lead recruiting, training and performance management with a focus on team development and succession planning
- Ensure compliance with State and Federal health and safety mandates
