Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older

Job Qualifications
- Six years of operations management experience
- Management experience in cultural, iconic, amusement or museum attraction preferred
- ServSafe or Food Handling Certification a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven leadership with team building and development skills
- Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills
- Financial management, merchandising, analytical, planning and leadership skills
- Flexibility in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer skills for office functions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle physical tasks

Job Duties
- Coach, supervise, direct Food & Catering managers so operational needs are met on a daily basis
- Administer and oversee scheduling for Food Operation and Catering departments
- Assist designated management team or individuals in developing training standards for alcohol service, customer service, safety, harassment
- Work with Regional Executive Chef, warehouse & chef teams to track, maintain and budget inventory and Cost of Goods (COG)
- Work closely with Resident Area General Manager and General Manager maintaining professional communication and support
- Remain knowledgeable of and manage in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal laws
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Uphold and demonstrate understanding of company policies and procedures
- Forecast weekly sales and maintain monthly sales analysis
- Manage payroll and controllable profit within established guidelines
- Meet payroll budget percent expectations through strategic coverage and on-call shifts
- Set precedent to achieve Sales, Per Cap & Controllable Budget in departments of oversight
- Complete business assessment for Food department and support Director of Catering Sales with pricing analysis
- Minimize controllable costs and strategize revenue opportunities
- Perform SSA EXTRA Guest Service and engage managers to ensure service excellence
- Oversee and support operational systems, processes and policies
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage employee life-cycle and progressive discipline documentation
- Determine daily operational level based on weather, events, and expectations
- Participate in long-range planning for Catering & Events programs
- Build working relationships with facility personnel
- Develop and support new and innovative operational items
- Assist with construction or renovation plans
- Audit Worker Compensation Compliance
- Promote an inclusive & supportive approach
- Edit unit publications
- Ensure sustainability and conservation efforts
- Support community engagement and giving back initiatives
- Perform other related tasks as necessary
