Job Duties
- Ensure compliance and quality in dietary services
- oversee food safety practices to prevent contamination and improve quality
- enhance resident satisfaction through initial interviews and dietary assessments
- maintain accurate and organized resident diet records
- lead annual and quarterly assessments with dietitian collaboration
- provide strong leadership including hiring, evaluating, and motivating staff
- direct daily operations including supervising, scheduling, and coordinating Food and Nutrition staff
- develop and conduct training programs and orientation for dietary staff
