Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in food and beverage leadership role with proven record of success
  • Knowledge of federal state and local laws and regulations as it relates to food and liquor ensuring staff trained in responsible alcohol service
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Suite
  • Flexible to work varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Excellent team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Lead guide and train associates in food and beverage department
  • Ensure management presence during each shift to support team
  • Establish direct and review performance standards in food preparation purchasing and production
  • Schedule evaluate and direct food and beverage team providing coaching and counseling when necessary
  • Ensure inventory supplies and materials are provided for associates
  • Monitor direct and coordinate cleanliness and organization in food and beverage areas maintaining compliance with laws
  • Establish direct and review liquor procedures to ensure security and accountability
