Job Requirements

  • minimum 4 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
  • strong understanding of kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • leadership skills with a hands-on approach
  • proficiency in financial data interpretation and budget management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience
  • hands-on leadership in culinary and front-of-house operations
  • bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business, or equivalent experience
  • strong culinary background including kitchen operations and menu development
  • proven leadership and team motivation skills
  • financial acumen with budgeting and P&L management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • understanding of food and drink trends
  • passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets
  • design and innovate menus
  • lead both culinary and front-of-house teams
  • manage budgets, profits, and labor costs
  • ensure quality and creativity in all food and drink offerings
