Job Requirements
- minimum 4 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world experience
- strong understanding of kitchen and front-of-house operations
- leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- proficiency in financial data interpretation and budget management
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive food and beverage management experience
- hands-on leadership in culinary and front-of-house operations
- bachelor’s degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business, or equivalent experience
- strong culinary background including kitchen operations and menu development
- proven leadership and team motivation skills
- financial acumen with budgeting and P&L management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- understanding of food and drink trends
- passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple food and beverage outlets
- design and innovate menus
- lead both culinary and front-of-house teams
- manage budgets, profits, and labor costs
- ensure quality and creativity in all food and drink offerings
- foster a collaborative and motivated team culture
