Job Requirements
- Must be dependable and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas)
- must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure while multitasking, have strong organizational skills, and be able to pay attention to detail
- knowledge of legislation and regulations relating to food and beverage
- minimum 5 years food and beverage management experience
- experience managing multiple food locations required, arena or venue experience preferred
- tips certified preferred
- liquor management background and ABC knowledge
- must be able to communicate accurately and professionally with managers, teammates, and guests
- must have a good sense of balance and be able to bend, kneel, sit, crouch, or crawl frequently
- must regularly lift and/or move up to fifty pounds and occasionally up to one hundred pounds

Job Duties
- Implement and plan effective orientation and training for new staff
- implement new policies and procedures and professional development activities for experienced staff
- inspect to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met
- ensure that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized
- ensure that all legal requirements are consistently adhered to, including wage and hour and federal, state and/or local laws pertaining to alcoholic beverages and food safety and sanitation
- monitor purchasing and receiving procedures for products and supplies to ensure proper quantity, quality and price for all purchases as well as receiving and storage of same
- review new techniques for food preparation and presentation in a manner and variety to maximize guest satisfaction and to minimize food costs
- address clients and guest complaints and help assure the highest level of guest satisfaction
- assist in planning and implementing procedures for special events, banquets, and picnic functions
- maintain appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all food and beverage equipment and facilities
- manage physical inventory verification and provide updated information to the accounting department, ensure proper inventory controls, and record inventory monthly
- maintain records of special events, house counts, food covers and daily business volumes
- audit and approve weekly payroll
- work with the CEO and General Manager on remodeling, refurbishment, and other design enhancements applicable to the food and beverage service
- oversee the implementation of the liquor license addition to the park throughout the different park departments
