Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of large-scale hospitality management experience
- familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, catering software, and point-of-sale systems
- ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of large-scale hospitality management experience, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and banquets
- familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, catering software and point-of-sale systems
- established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- must possess a valid driver's license
Job Duties
- Hire, train, and inspire team members to deliver high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- ensure compliance with regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, payroll, employment guidelines, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
- determine staffing levels to maximize net returns while maintaining guest service levels
- prepare and submit monthly projections and reports
- verify that effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll procedures are in place
- operate a company vehicle when necessary
