Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of large-scale hospitality management experience
  • familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, catering software, and point-of-sale systems
  • ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of large-scale hospitality management experience, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and banquets
  • familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, catering software and point-of-sale systems
  • established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • must possess a valid driver's license

Job Duties

  • Hire, train, and inspire team members to deliver high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
  • establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
  • ensure compliance with regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, payroll, employment guidelines, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
  • determine staffing levels to maximize net returns while maintaining guest service levels
  • prepare and submit monthly projections and reports
  • verify that effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll procedures are in place
  • operate a company vehicle when necessary
