Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in hospitality management overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and banquet operations
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, catering software, and point-of-sale systems
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of large-scale hospitality management experience, overseeing multiple food and beverage outlets and banquets
- Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, catering software and point-of-sale systems
- Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Hire, train, and inspire team members to deliver high standards of service to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
- Establish and maintain safety and sanitation procedures, including the proper repair and maintenance of food service equipment
- Ensure compliance with regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, payroll, employment guidelines, and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration
- Determine staffing levels to maximize net returns while maintaining guest service levels
- Prepare and submit monthly projections and reports
- Verify that effective systems for cash, inventory, and payroll procedures are in place
- Operate a company vehicle when necessary
