Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a golf club or upscale hospitality setting
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • ability to develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
  • experience managing multiple dining outlets or venues
  • proficiency in budget management and cost control
