Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a golf club or upscale hospitality setting
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- ability to develop and implement strategic plans for food and beverage operations
- knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- experience managing multiple dining outlets or venues
- proficiency in budget management and cost control
