Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage leadership
- proven ability to manage and develop teams
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- proficiency in inventory management and POS systems
- knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications
- 5+ years food and beverage leadership experience at restaurants and/or event venues
- strong leadership skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
- excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- passion for food and beverage
- ability to prioritize, delegate, and work under pressure
- knowledge of restaurant operations, steps of service, and cash management
- experience with staff training and performance management
- familiarity with inventory control and labor scheduling
- adept in guest engagement and service standards
Job Duties
- Independently manage restaurant front of house personnel including hiring, training, performance reviews, wage determination, coaching, discipline, termination, and scheduling
- create cost-efficient schedules for F&B teams based on forecast and budget
- oversee all F&B staff onboarding, including policy communication and training
- enforce company guidelines for progressive disciplinary actions
- manage inventory including ordering, receiving, storage, staff training, and monthly counts
- lead daily pre-meal meetings to discuss operations, safety, and guest feedback
- assist F&B managers with event logistics and execution
- ensure compliance with all operational procedures and assist in developing SOPs
- collaborate with sales and marketing to drive outlet revenue
- update POS systems with pricing and menu changes
- engage guests proactively to ensure satisfaction
- expedite food service maintaining proper timing
- manage bar program including cocktail menus, vendor relations, and pricing
- handle all cash payments and cash handling procedures
- educate team on tip pool and service charge policies and manage distribution
- coordinate workflow for smooth operations
- complete employee performance evaluations
- support team members and actively assist during peak service
- maintain food allergy awareness and safety training
- approve discounts, voids, promotions, and gift certificates
- attend all scheduled meetings and training
- manage floor ambiance and decor
- optimize reservations, seating, and cover flows
- perform payroll duties accurately and timely
