Job Requirements

  • Five plus years food and beverage leadership experience
  • experience in managing restaurant or event venue operations
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • proficiency in inventory and cash management
  • ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.

Job Duties

  • Manage restaurant front of house personnel including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
  • create cost-efficient schedules based on forecasts and budgets
  • oversee F&B staff onboarding and training
  • follow company disciplinary guidelines involving People + Culture team
  • ensure proper inventory management and effective ordering
  • lead daily pre-meal meetings discussing operations and guest feedback
  • assist with in-house event logistics and execution
  • ensure compliance with all F&B operational procedures
  • collaborate with sales and marketing to drive outlet revenue
  • update POS with pricing and menu changes
  • engage with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • expedite food and train staff on timing
  • manage bar program including cocktail, wine, and beer selections
  • oversee cash handling procedures and cash drops
  • educate staff on tip pool and service charge policies
  • coordinate workflow for smooth operations
  • complete employee performance evaluations
  • assist team members and perform duties during peak times
  • train staff on food allergies and safety
  • approve discounts, promotions, and gift card certificates
  • attend meetings and trainings
  • manage floor ambiance and staff delegation
  • optimize reservations and seating configurations
  • coordinate payroll duties and employee pay.
