Job Requirements
- Master's degree or bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years food and beverage industry experience
- Experience in volume feeding, ala carte, fine dining, catering, purchasing, storage and handling
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet cost projections
- Professional appearance
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Current food handler's card and alcohol permit if required
- Knowledge of hospitality employee scheduling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to maintain positive, respectful work environment
- Menu costing and creation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented and multitasking capability
- Flexible to work nights, weekends, long hours
- Valid food handling certification if required

Job Duties
- Coordinate and supervise the work of service staff to create a positive work environment
- Manage control of food and labor costs through scheduling and purchasing
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance meet company standards
- Oversee and manage monthly inventory
- Provide high quality, fresh food products promptly for delivery to guests
- Participate as a team player with specific responsibilities related to preparation, service, and delivery
- Coordinate storage, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards and training in work areas
- Consult with managers to plan menus
- Serve as a visible presence working on the floor with staff to ensure quality, efficiency, and overall management of operations
