Job Requirements
- BA or BS degree in business or related field
- 5-7 years of management experience in food or concessions industry
- Nationally recognized food service sanitation certification
- Valid Food Handlers certificate
- Valid Alcohol Service Permit if required by state
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage sales and marketing efforts
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance
- Experience with financial reporting and budgeting
- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage employee relations
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and variable event-driven schedules
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Professional presentation

- Ability to work independently
Job Qualifications
- BA or BS with business-related major
- accounting minor or credits preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years management experience in food-related or concessions industry
- Nationally recognized advanced food service sanitation training course certification
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with employees, management, and guests
- Ability to make sound business decisions under pressure
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, POS systems, and timekeeping systems
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Thorough knowledge of concessions and premium services locations
- Valid Food Handlers certificate and Alcohol Service Permit if required
- Familiarity with inventory cost control and menu planning
- Knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, and alcohol service policies
- Ability to perform basic and complex math functions
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
- Ability to maintain high standards of integrity and professionalism
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Assist in the overall effective management of catering, concessions, and merchandise operations
- Oversee and lead catering sales efforts including directing the catering team and managing sales and marketing activities
- Ensure total compliance with all alcohol service policies and monitor alcohol service during events
- Manage catered events from set-up to tear-down including communication with staff, culinary teams, and guests
- Ensure legal, efficient, professional, and profitable operation of the venue
- Generate and review financial reports including budgets, projections, revenue analysis, and P&L statements
- Resolve conflicts and conduct mediation, arbitration, and labor negotiations when applicable
