Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • progressive leadership experience in luxury food and beverage operations
  • strong financial management skills
  • expertise in upscale guest service delivery
  • proficiency in operational technology platforms
  • ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
  • willingness to work full time, year-round
  • commitment to diversity and inclusion principles

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 4-6 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations
  • luxury and pre-opening experience preferred
  • strong financial acumen and operational excellence
  • expertise in upscale guest service standards and menu/beverage programming
  • proficiency with POS, labor, inventory, and hospitality management systems
  • excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • comprehensive knowledge of food safety and health compliance
  • visionary leadership abilities

Job Duties

  • lead creative development of food and beverage concepts
  • develop pre-opening budgets and financial forecasts
  • recruit and train leadership and staff
  • oversee menu and beverage program design
  • manage procurement of supplies and equipment
  • lead configuration and integration of technology systems
  • establish and enforce SOPs and compliance standards
  • oversee daily food and beverage operations
  • build and develop a strong team culture
  • analyze guest feedback and lead service improvements
  • monitor financial performance and optimize operations
  • stay ahead of market trends and foster innovation
  • represent resort leadership in executive meetings
  • champion safety, sustainability, and diversity initiatives
