Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field preferred
- progressive leadership experience in luxury food and beverage operations
- strong financial management skills
- expertise in upscale guest service delivery
- proficiency in operational technology platforms
- ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards
- willingness to work full time, year-round
- commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
Job Qualifications
- minimum 4-6 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage operations
- luxury and pre-opening experience preferred
- strong financial acumen and operational excellence
- expertise in upscale guest service standards and menu/beverage programming
- proficiency with POS, labor, inventory, and hospitality management systems
- excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- comprehensive knowledge of food safety and health compliance
- visionary leadership abilities
Job Duties
- lead creative development of food and beverage concepts
- develop pre-opening budgets and financial forecasts
- recruit and train leadership and staff
- oversee menu and beverage program design
- manage procurement of supplies and equipment
- lead configuration and integration of technology systems
- establish and enforce SOPs and compliance standards
- oversee daily food and beverage operations
- build and develop a strong team culture
- analyze guest feedback and lead service improvements
- monitor financial performance and optimize operations
- stay ahead of market trends and foster innovation
- represent resort leadership in executive meetings
- champion safety, sustainability, and diversity initiatives
