Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in high-volume food and beverage or hospitality operations
- proven ability to lead multi-outlet operations including concessions, premium hospitality, and catering
- experience in sports, live entertainment, or large-scale venues
- a strong service mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- experience with staffing strategy, workforce deployment, and labor management
- financial acumen including labor cost control and operational oversight
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
- must pass a background check
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead all guest-facing food and beverage operations across the venue including concessions, bars, premium clubs and suites, and catering
- champion a hospitality-first culture that prioritizes guest satisfaction, service quality, and consistency
- ensure all service areas are prepared to deliver a seamless and memorable experience for every guest
- actively oversee service during events, addressing guest needs and operational challenges in real time
- guide, coach, and develop operations managers and culinary leadership
- create a culture of accountability, professionalism, and pride in service
- encourage collaboration and cross-training to build flexible, high-performing teams
- provide clear direction and support during high-pressure event environments
- develop thoughtful staffing strategies aligned with event size, flow, and guest expectations
- coordinate labor across internal teams, nonprofit partners, and temporary staff
- partner with internal stakeholders to ensure effective labor planning and cost management
- partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure food quality, presentation, and service timing meet expectations
- monitor execution across all service areas, identifying opportunities to enhance speed, quality, and guest satisfaction
- uphold operational standards related to safety, cleanliness, and service delivery
- work cross-functionally with supply chain, finance, and compliance teams to support smooth operations
- leverage guest feedback, operational data, and audits to drive continuous improvement
- anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions to enhance the guest experience
- serve as the primary escalation point for operational matters during events
