Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred
- minimum 5 years experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or resort
- ability to lead and develop a diverse team
- strong problem-solving skills
- knowledge of local, state, and federal food and beverage regulations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- monitor and develop schedules for the operation of all restaurants, bars, and outlets to achieve a profitable result
- participate with the chef and restaurant managers in menu creation and merchandising
- implement controls of food, beverage, and labor costs and monitor budgets
- assist managers in achieving profit objectives and maintaining quality standards
- maximize food and beverage department profitability
- investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
