Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to hire, train, supervise, and develop staff

Job Duties
- Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation
- Monitor and develop schedules for all restaurants, bars, and outlets to achieve profitable results
- Collaborate with chefs and restaurant managers to create and merchandise attractive menu designs
- Implement effective controls of food, beverage, and labor costs while monitoring budgets
- Assist department managers in achieving profit and quality standards
- Maximize food and beverage department profitability
- Investigate and resolve food quality and service complaints
