Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management preferred
  • Five plus years experience as a general manager or food and beverage director
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, reporting, budgeting, staff training, and sales processes
  • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
  • Minimum five years experience as a General Manager or Food and Beverage Director
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance
  • Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively

  • Proficiency in sales and revenue optimization strategies

Job Duties

  • Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure compliance with the highest food safety standards
  • Prepare reports and budgets for the department, optimizing financial performance
  • Lead staff trainings and foster ongoing professional development for team members
  • Drive sales initiatives and optimize revenue to surpass organizational goals
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to maintain quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate events and special functions to enhance member and guest experiences
