Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management preferably within luxury hotels
  • Proven experience managing large teams
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant hotel management software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards
  • Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and cost control
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with health, safety and sanitation regulations
  • Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Duties

  • Plan and direct functions of administration and planning for Food and Beverage departments to meet daily operational needs
  • Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction
  • Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff
  • Develop and implement innovative dining concepts and promotional activities
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest experience
