Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and financial reports
  • Ability to handle guest complaints effectively
  • Skilled in staff coaching and development
  • Knowledge of operational and maintenance requirements
  • Ability to analyze competitor activities
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Extensive experience in food and beverage management preferably in a resort or hotel setting
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and financial performance
  • Experience in staff training and development
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments

Job Duties

  • Participates in the formulation of strategic business plans for the hotel
  • Oversees daily operations of the Food and Beverage division
  • Monitors the daily, weekly and monthly financial performance of all outlets and implements corrective measures
  • Provides monthly forecast of Food and Beverage revenues and expenses
  • Participates in the preparation of the annual budget and marketing plan for the Food and Beverage division
  • Prepares Food and Beverage annual capital expenditure plan and manages Capex projects
  • Establishes monthly reporting system to monitor KPIs, operational expenses and project updates
  • Handles guest complaints promptly and ensures resolution
  • Oversees staff performance management and training within the Food and Beverage division
  • Coaches and develops middle management staff
  • Collaborates with Director of Property Operations on maintenance of Food and Beverage areas
  • Participates in public relations, sales calls and promotional activities
  • Partners with Sales and Marketing to manage promotional schedules and create new promotions
  • Monitors and analyzes competitor operations and industry trends
