Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
- Strong leadership abilities
- Experience in budget management and financial forecasting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management in a luxury hotel or resort
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and forecasts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Knowledge of industry trends and competitive analysis
Job Duties
- Participates in the formulation of strategic business plans for the hotel
- Oversees daily operations of the Food & Beverage division
- Monitors financial performance of all outlets and implements corrective measures
- Provides monthly forecast of Food & Beverage revenues and expenses
- Participates in the preparation of annual budget and marketing plan
- Prepares Food & Beverage Annual Capex plan and manages Capex projects
- Establishes monthly reporting system to monitor KPIs, operational expenses, and project updates
- Handles guest complaints to resolution
- Oversees staff performance and training
- Coaches and develops middle management
- Collaborates with Director of Property Operations for maintenance
- Engages in public relations and promotional activities
- Partners with Sales & Marketing to manage promotions
- Monitors and analyzes competitor operations
