Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management
- Proven track record in managing financial performance and operational efficiencies
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in staff training and development
- Ability to handle guest complaints and maintain high service standards
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Extensive experience in food and beverage management in luxury resort settings
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation and financial forecasting

- Proficiency in strategic planning and operational management
Job Duties
- Participates in the formulation of strategic business plans for the hotel
- Oversees daily operations of the Food and Beverage division
- Closely monitors the financial performance of all outlets providing solutions to improve problem areas
- Provides monthly forecast of all Food and Beverage revenues and expenses
- Prepares the annual budget and marketing plan for the Food and Beverage division
- Manages the preparation and execution of Food and Beverage capital expenditure plans
- Establishes monthly reporting systems to monitor KPIs and operational expenses
- Handles all guest complaints promptly to resolution
- Oversees staff performance management and training within the Food and Beverage division
- Coaches and develops middle management
- Collaborates with Director of Property Operations for maintenance of Food and Beverage areas
- Participates in public relations and promotional activities
- Partners with Sales and Marketing to manage promotional schedules
- Monitors and analyzes competitor operations and trends
