Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- minimum 4 years of progressive food and beverage management experience
- hands-on experience in culinary and front-of-house operations
- strong leadership and team management skills
- financial literacy including budget and P&L management
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Lead and manage multiple food and beverage outlets
- develop innovative menus and beverage programs
- oversee kitchen and front-of-house operations
