Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business or related field preferred
- Minimum six years of managerial and supervisory experience in food and beverage operations
- Experience leading multi-unit food and beverage venues with annual revenues exceeding 20 million dollars
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control operational costs effectively
- Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel between multiple resort locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- Management of a multi-unit and high-volume venue or hotel over 20MM in annual food and beverage revenue
- Minimum six years' extensive managerial and supervisory experience in restaurants bars and banquet venues featuring kitchen management within a hotel and or resort environment
- Minimum three years' experience as a General Manager or Food and Beverage Director within a restaurant large hotel resort or food and beverage venue
- Prior experience with P&L accountability with a proven ability to successfully control food and labor costs
- Experience in a high-volume venue such as an arena stadium or cruise ship would be desirable
- Experience working for a family-owned company would be desirable
Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations ensuring quality consistency and guest satisfaction across all outlets
- Drive revenue and control costs through strategic planning and operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a high-performing team through training coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with culinary sales and events teams to deliver exceptional dining and event experiences
- Ensure compliance with health safety and brand standards across all food and beverage venues
