- College degree or at least five years of food and beverage related experience
- Three years or more in food and beverage management positions
- Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation

Job Duties
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring adherence to policies standards and procedures
- Assist in the ordering receiving and inventory control of food beverages cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Assist in preparing and managing the annual food and beverage budget including cost control for food beverage and labor
- Analyze financial performance identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Supervise food and beverage team including hiring training scheduling and performance management
- Support team growth through coaching employee relations and ongoing development
- Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining personal contact with guests dining
