Job Requirements

  • College degree or at least five years of food and beverage related experience
  • Three years or more in food and beverage management positions
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations ensuring adherence to policies standards and procedures
  • Assist in the ordering receiving and inventory control of food beverages cleaning supplies and uniforms
  • Assist in preparing and managing the annual food and beverage budget including cost control for food beverage and labor
  • Analyze financial performance identify variances and recommend corrective actions
  • Supervise food and beverage team including hiring training scheduling and performance management
  • Support team growth through coaching employee relations and ongoing development
  • Ensure exceptional guest service by maintaining personal contact with guests dining
