Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, business, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years progressive experience in food and beverage management
- Hands-on leadership experience in both culinary and front-of-house operations
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and menu development
- Proven ability to lead by example and motivate teams
- Proficiency in financial management and interpretation of key metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of hospitality industry trends and guest expectations
Job Duties
- Lead and manage all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets
- Develop innovative menus and oversee food and drink quality
- Collaborate hands-on with kitchen and service teams during peak periods
- Coach, inspire, and grow staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, P&Ls, and labor costs
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement creative concepts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
